What SecretHomes HQ is
SecretHomes HQ is the app for real estate agencies working with SecretHomes in Australia. It brings an agency's opportunities into one place: homeowners and buyers who have agreed to be contacted, the agency's listings, and the buyers matched to them. It tells each agent who to call and why, and keeps a record of what happened. HQ is operated by My Home Hero Pty Ltd.
Use HQ in ChatGPT or Claude
Agents can connect HQ to the AI assistant they already use, then ask it who to call today, catch up on what has come in, record how a call went, and get help using HQ. Your assistant sees exactly what you see in HQ: your agency's opportunities, and only homeowners who have agreed to be contacted. Everyone else stays a suburb and nothing more.
To connect it
- Sign in to HQ at humanquotient.app.
- On your Dashboard, choose Connect an assistant. You can also click the sparkle button at the top of any screen.
- Pick ChatGPT or Claude and follow the steps. When it asks, sign in with your HQ account and click Allow.
In Claude, you can also add SecretHomes HQ straight from Claude's directory. Sign in with your HQ account when it asks.
To disconnect it
- In Claude: open Settings, then Connectors, find SecretHomes HQ (or whatever you named it), open its menu and choose Remove.
- In ChatGPT: open Settings, then Apps, choose SecretHomes HQ (or whatever you named it) and disconnect it. If you added it as a plugin, delete it from Plugins instead.
- Or by email: email support@humanquotient.app and we'll disconnect it for you.
Once it is disconnected, the assistant can no longer reach your HQ account.
